Turned from local, sustainably sourced white birch from Georgetown, Kentucky. While turning in this orientation (end grain) is very difficult for drying, the end product is well worth it.
A little edamame in the middle surrounded by sushi, doesn’t get much better.
Finished with shellac, linseed oil and beeswax.
