Hand carved with gouge and mallet. Made from local, sustainably sourced hard maple from Lexington, Kentucky. White lacquered top and sides. Brass peened leather hanging strap.
Display it proudly on the kitchen wall while not in use. Cut on one side, serve on the other.
Finished with shellac, linseed oil and beeswax.
