Hand forged high carbon steel, with a hand carved Kentucky white oak handle and peened brass rivet.
The white oak used is scavenged from the local cooperage (barrel makers) in Winchester, Kentucky, where a large portion of all bourbon barrels are made.

Finished with shellac, tung oil and beeswax.
